Each backpack starts with cut 840D TPU laminated fabric and the 3 cm EVA insulation core. We high-frequency weld the main compartment and food-grade liner into a seamless build, install the airtight waterproof zipper, fit the UTX buckles, then assemble the ergonomic harness, bungee panel, utility pocket and side panels. Before a batch ships, we inflate the sealed compartment to 0.05 Bar internal pressure to confirm the zipper and liner hold, run an ice-retention check against the 48-hour target, and pull-test the straps, buckles and attachment points. The zipper seal and the welded liner are the two areas we inspect hardest.
