The inner liner is a food-grade TPU airtight membrane, so it is safe for direct contact with food, ice and beverages and wipes clean after a day of bait or melt-water. We verify the seal in-house by inflating the closed cooler to 0.05 Bar internal pressure and confirming it holds.
All seams are joined by high-frequency RF welding into a seamless waterproof shell with no needle holes, and the airtight waterproof zipper completes the seal. Together they give the cooler an IPX7 waterproof rating — built for spray, rain and the wet reality of marine and outdoor use. The 840D TPU outer shell is abrasion-resistant, UV-resistant and waterproof on the surface, so it shrugs off deck scuffs, sun and salt.

We RF-weld the body and the food-grade liner into a seamless shell, install the airtight waterproof zipper, and fit the UTX buckles and welded tie-down points. Before a batch ships, we inflate each sealed cooler to 0.05 Bar internal pressure to confirm the airtight zipper and liner hold, run an ice-retention check against the 48-hour target, and pull-test the buckles and anchor points. The zipper seal and the welded liner are the two areas we inspect hardest, because a cooler is judged on whether it stays cold and stays dry.
