We established in 2001, located in Guangdong China, has 2 factories Vietnam and 1 factory and an office in China. We has deeply engaged in the field of outdoor cooler bags、Waterproof bag、 dry bags for over two decades. It is a highly influential benchmark enterprise in the industry.

We are specialized in designing and producing cooler bags, waterproof bags, dry bag and etc.

Do we have factory abroad to help customers save the extra tarifs?
Yes, we have 2 factories in Vietnam and 1 factory in China. Clients can select China or Vietnam factories for bulk production. All 3 factories can manufacture all welded bags and sewn bags, the Vietnam factory can help EU and USA customers to save the extra tarifs.
How many production lines in our factory? How many workers do we have? Can we meet the production capacity needs of major clients?
Our workshop area is 7000 Square meters which include 2 large high-frequency welding machines and 8 high-frequency welding machines lines and 61 standard welding machines.
We have 1000 workers in Vietnam factories and 260 workers in China factory. We will hire more workers when the demand for customers orders increasing.

What's a cooler bag?
A cooler bag is a portable bag with an insulating function, which can maintain the cold or hot temperature of food or drinks for a short period.
What material are used on our cooler bags?
Usually, cooler bag is made of an insulating core, a waterproof lining, and a outer fabric. Ofter use air tight zipper on the bag.
How long does the cooler bags keep cool?
It depends on the model and environment, from 5 to 24 hours.
Are our cooler bags waterproof and leak-proof? What kind of technique on cooler bags to ensure waterproof effect?
Our cooler bags are waterproof and leak-proof. Bags are high-frequency welded, main fabric are TPU backed or coated, with air tight zipper to maintain the cold or hot temperature.
What kind of zipper do we use to ensure waterproofing and insulation?
Most customers will choose to use air tight zipper to maintain the cold or hot temperature.
What sizes are available?
We offer various sizes from small portable ones to large family-sized bags.
What is the maximum weight capacity?
Capacity denpends on models. Generally between 5-20 kgs.
How to clean the cooler bag?
We recommend wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
What the minimum order quantity(MOQ）?
MOQ is 300pcs/style/color
Can we customize color and logo print? What the customization process?
We offer OEM/ODM service. We sample and produce according to customer requirement, including the material, colors, and print etc.
The process includs discussion, sampling, confirmation, and mass production and so on.
How long does it take to make sample? How much does it cost to make sample?Can the sample cost will refunded in bulk?
Sample lead time: 7-15 days. Sample fee depends on the models and customer requirement.Sample fee will be refunded in bulk of orders more than 1000pcs/style/color.
Can we provide some material color swatches for choosing when sending samples?
Yes. We can. Please advise our sales in advance.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production lead time: 35-45 days.
Do our products have quality certifications? What kind of Audit or certifications do we have?
Yes. We passed SMETA 4P, HIGG, BSCI, GRS, SCAN, ISO 9001 audit.
Do our company have our own laboratory? What testing Capabilities does it possess?
Yes, we have advanced in-house laboratory at our factories. We can do test including material physical performance tests (e.g. zipper life pulling test、tensile strength test, abrasion resistance test),
and finished product durability tests (e.g. Salt spray test, drop test, and life cycle tests). This ensures end-to-end quality control from raw materials to finished products.
What tests will we do internally to ensure products quality?
To ensure products quality, we will do multiple checks and tests from material to finished goods. Such as zipper life pulling test、peel strength test、 Dry/wet color fastness test、Salt spray test.
Which port near our Dongguan factory?
We near Shenzhen Yantian port.
Where our Vietnam factories located? Which port is it close to?
Our Vietnam factories located in Ho ChiMinh City, close to Cat Lai Port.
What shipping methods are available?
Samples will be deliveried by express, UPS、DHL、Fedex etc. Usually bulk goods will be shipped by sea.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the port of destination.Usually, it takes 15-25 days to most ports.
How long will take of sending sample to us? And what is the shipping cost of sending a sample?
Ususally, it takes 3-5 days to arrive you. Shipping cost depends on the package size and weight. Could you please share more information about your sample requirement?
Can customers track their orders?
Yes. Our sales will advise you the B/L or tracking no. to track orders.
How will we handle shipping delays?
In case of delays, we will notify you promptly and assist in resolving issue.
What payment methods do we accept?
T/T, LC, Paypal etc.
What are our payment terms?
Bulk orders: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Do we accept small orders?
We accept small order with min order quantity of 100pcs/style/color.
How can customers improve cooling performance?
We recommend pre-chilling the bag and using ice packs to extend cooling retention.
Can you visit our factories?
You are welcome to schedlue a visit to our HQ office and factoires in China or Vietnam.
