Dongguan Yifulong Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. (Sealock) has recently moved a custom soft cooler backpack order into mass production. The order, placed by an overseas brand customer, features two high-saturation abstract camo prints and has now entered full-scale production and delivery on the company's lines.
From shell welding and insulation-liner forming to food-grade liner assembly, carry-system construction and piece-by-piece inspection, the entire line is handled in-house at the company's own workshops — once again demonstrating Yifulong's "full-process, single-source" manufacturing strength in soft-sided cooler bags.
This was a fully custom OEM/ODM project: the exterior uses the customer's exclusive graffiti-camo print across two colorways — pink/blue/orange/purple and neon green/pink/teal. Structurally, it is a top-opening bucket-style cooler backpack fitted with a waterproof zipper, a front mesh pocket, side compression straps and adjustable shoulder straps — built for outdoor commuting, camping and delivery use.
After confirming the print, pattern and hardware spec, the sampling team finalized the design quickly and moved straight into batch production, with a smooth, efficient handoff from sample to volume.

The shell uses TPU waterproof fabric, with seams bonded by high-frequency welding (rather than conventional stitching). The result is a needle-hole-free, high-seal body structure that prevents seepage at the source once the ice melts.
An EPE foam insulation form is fitted inside the body — contoured to the shape with even thickness — and paired with the zipper seal to deliver 8+ hours of sustained cold retention.
The inner layer uses food-grade liner material that can hold food and drinks directly — safe, easy to clean and odor-free.
At the assembly and finishing stages, the line runs piece-by-piece inspection stations: workers check print alignment, zipper smoothness, welded edges, and the security of buckles and shoulder straps one item at a time, attaching an inspection card to each unit to ensure every product shipped meets standard.
The quality slogan posted on the workshop floor — "Don't Accept, Don't Produce, Don't Pass Defects" (in Chinese, Vietnamese and English) — is a direct reflection of the company's frontline quality culture.
