The wipe-clean liner makes end-of-day cleanup quick. In normal outdoor conditions it holds cold for roughly 24–36 hours; pre-chilling and block ice extend that further.

Water-Resistant Upright Construction

How We Make and Test It

Each Insulated Soft Cooler Backpack with Molded Zip-Top Lid for Camping and Beach starts with cut laminated fabric, the foam insulation layer, the food-grade liner and a reinforced base, welded into the box body with the zip-around molded lid. We assemble the padded shoulder straps and the lid grab handle. Before a batch ships, we run a leak-resistance and seam-integrity check on the liner and welded body, an ice-retention check to confirm cold-hold, and a pull-test on the straps, lid and base under load. The welded seams, the liner and the strap anchors are the areas we inspect hardest.
