We high-frequency weld the main compartment into a seamless leakproof shell, install the roll-top, the waterproof airtight zip pocket, the molded bottle opener, the MOLLE panel, the tote handles, the removable shoulder strap and the side compression straps. Before a batch ships, we run a full water-immersion test — submerging each sealed cooler for more than two hours to confirm it stays dry inside — an ice-retention check, and a pull-test on the handles, strap and compression points.
